Drawing of Matthew Williams (Canada) and Feliciano Vargas (North Italy) from Hetalia. The setting is a dance/jive gathering in the 1950s, and they are swing dancing to the song that matches the lyrics in the background (of the original picture), called "Be My Baby" (hence the drawing title) which was performed by The Ronettes and can be heard on YouTube here:
